Avocados looked somewhat like a womb and there’s probably a good reason why because avocados are unique type of fruit and they genuinely give birth to goodness. Most fruits are basically full of carbohydrates, while avocado is high in healthy fats.

Here are some helpful healthy benefits which you probably should pay attention to add up to your system.

1. Helps you to lose weight.

People who eat avocados tend to have a fuller tummy compared to those who only eat salad or any kind of fruits. They felt 25% more satisfied and has 30% desire to eat over the next 5 hours. Which means you won’t feel hungry as often as you needed.

Avocados are loaded with powerful antioxidants that can protect your eyes. The fruit includes lutein ( I always hear this one on TV commercials) and zeaxanthin which are vital for the eye health.

People who often eat avocado has a lower risk of heart attack. I would like to suggest this fruit to a person which I always see eating oily foods.

7. Contains more potassium than banana

Potassium is a very important mineral which people don’t get enough of. Enough potassium level means you’ve got a healthy blood pressure.

8. Avocado is astoundingly healthy
